Obama Needs to Become More Leader than Politician
Seeking health care reform, President Obama made a serious mistake by following his political instincts and empowering Congress to develop the plan, rather than drafting his own proposal. It’s now time for the president to step to the front of the debate as a leader, not as a political operative. That’s the belief of Harvard Business School professor and leadership expert Bill George.
