Judges Tell Glaxo Sales Reps: You’re Just Glorified Coffee Baristas
In a ruling on whether pharmaceutical sales reps are entitled to overtime pay, an appeals court concluded that drug reps at GlaxoSmithKline might as well be schlepping coffee.
