Second TRICARE Protest Sustained For Health Net Raises Issues With Whole Process
A second of the three protests for the TRICARE management contracts awarded by the U.S. Department of Defense earlier this year was sustained. This indicates that there may be issues with the whole process costing the Department more time and money.
