Entrepreneurs: Don’t Just ‘Challenge the Status Quo’
Management experts have been telling entrepreneurs and leaders to ‘challenge the status quo’ for as long as there’s been one. But sometimes a phrase becomes axiomatic – something we take for granted as true – when it shouldn’t. Without context, ‘challenge the status quo’ can backfire.
