I recently caught up with serial-entrepreneur, Tom Poland in this little video interview. Tom has started a small portfolio of very different businesses and while he’s taken a good few into international markets and successfully sold a handful, at least one has nearly ruined him. The result of his experiences has been the design of a process that entrepreneurs can follow to turn an ordinary businesses into a multi-million dollar asset.
