Coaching with carrots
This is a great story of appreciation, recognition and plain hard work. Pat Poyfair, our Leadership Training Manager on the Carrots team, had the opportunity to coach the Arsenal Strikers—a soccer league made up of 10-11 year old girls—many who had never played ball before.
