Consumer Groups Says Cars Should be 60 MPG by 2025. That’s a Stretch
The Consumer Federation of America wants a 60 mpg federal fuel economy standard by 2025, but that’s only vaguely achievable with deep EV penetration. And nobody knows if that will happen or not.
