Create Community Forums with Zoho Discussions
Discussion forums offer a simple, inexpensive, and effective way to communicate with customers. Of course, not all business owners have the time or know-how to add one. Enter Zoho Discussions, which makes setting up community forums a breeze. You can use these forums to offer customer support, both from your company and from other users, or to give your employees an intranet-style place to discuss company matters.
