Kia, Ford Count on Mileage and Horsepower to Trump Lowly Four-Cylinder Image
The more cylinders an engine has, the more prestigious it is, even though gas mileage suffers. Kia, Ford and other car companies are trying to change that mindset with peppier four-cylinder engines.
