New Tanker Contest Off To A Rocky Start
Less then a week after the release of the draft RFP for the new Air Force tanker there are already issues being raised about fairness in the competition. Northrop wants the Government to even the field by supplying them data about Boeing similar to that which was given to their competitor during the last contract’s protest.
