Why does Outright categorize Paypal fees as Other Expenses and not Commissions and Fees?
Outright has an expense category for Paypal Fees. However they don't show up under Commissions and Fees in the Outright 2009 Schedule C form, but rather under "Other Expenses." Why is this?
